Who we need

We need new recruits to teach English in Japan to replace teachers leaving at the end of their contracts and to meet the increased demand for new staff resulting from the opening of new schools. However, the need is for professional teachers. To apply to us you must meet the following basic requirements:

* Be a native speaker of English
* Have a degree
* Have a TEFL qualification such the RSA CELTA level or equivalent
* Be residing in the UK

Teaching experience is also highly valued and will increase the chance of a successful application, though it is not essential.

No TEFL qualification?
If you don't have a teaching qualification we will be happy to suggest places you can go to obtain one. The main courses we accept are the RSA CELTA and the Trinity Cert. TESOL. These courses are extremely worthwhile and you will not regret taking one. They are short (1 month full-time) but very rewarding and will definitely improve your teaching as well as increase your chances of finding work with a reputable company.
