How to apply
Applying
to Anchor Recruitment is quite simple.
- First
make sure you meet the basic requirements - see
'Who we
need'.
- Next,
email
for an application pack. We will send you one by
email immediately. Alternatively, you can download
an application form and information pack here
('Word' format). If you prefer to receive
a hard copy of these application documents just
let us know.
Click
contact us to get in touch by more traditional
methods.
- The
application pack includes an application form and
pre-interview tasks. Complete these and return to
us and we will then arrange an interview. The interview
will be face-to-face with our director, Christopher
Kennard. For applicants located at a great distance
we may offer a telephone interview.
- Following
a successful interview and submission of all necessary
documents a job offer may be made.
- If
the offer is accepted, we will then start the work
visa application process. This will take 8-12 weeks.
In the meantime we will liase with Shane regarding
the details of your trip to Japan.
- A
few weeks before departure we will invite you to
an orientation day to prepare you for your new life.

An
application for a work visa involves the submission
of a number of documents. To save time it will
help if you can have the following ready:

to apply 2-3 months ahead of your desired departure
date.
