Confidentiality
We
understand that the documents you send us are
personal and private items, sometimes containing
information of a confidential nature, and we are
careful to safeguard your privacy.
Therefore,
while your document is in our hands it will be
seen by only one person - the editor selected
to check it. The document will be kept on a single,
secure computer, protected by password and other
security measures. Our office computer system
is protected by a firewall and the latest security
methods to ensure unauthorized access to your
document is impossible. Most importantly, after
your document is returned to you it is our policy
to erase it from our system completely unless
you request otherwise. We normally erase a document
14 days after sending, but we are quite happy
to erase it earlier or later, or not to erase
it at all. Just let us know.
We
just ask you to remember that once it's gone,
it's gone!
